Shipping policy

Once your order has left our hands and has been dropped off with the shipping company, we are no longer responsible for what happens. It is literally out of our control. We'll do everything in our power to figure out what happened and try to make things right, but we're not responsible once it leaves our hands. We won't take kindly to harassment. We'll simply refund your order and ban you from shopping with us. 

The shipping time can take anywhere from 3-10 days depending on elements the company is facing. That does not include the processing time of making your item.
